The Copyright includes a right to a creator of certain kind of material so that he can control various ways in which their material may be exploited. A Copyright broadly covers copying, adopting, issuing copies to the public, performing in public and broadcasting the material in many cases, the creator has right to identify his work. Copyright includes a literary, artistic, musical, dramatic, sound recording, film, videography. Computer programme created by the author and the exclusive right granted to the author giving protection from being imitated and protect the property from being exploited by others. Copyright as defined in Copyright Act, 1957, Section 14 includes literary, dramatic, musical work including computer programme, cinematography, sound recording. Copyright is an exclusive right to copy to the author or the proprietor of the work.
